corporate social
responsibility
Being a good corporate citizen is more than just writing a check to sponsor a little league team or serving meals during the holidays at your local youth center. Being truly engaged with the community means making a deeper impact to actually effect change! We’ll identify what drives your employees to give back to their friends, family and neighbors, and establish programs that encourage volunteerism, promote pride in the workplace and improve relations with the people and organizations that create a difference in your city.

Slide I have known Lauren Howe for the past seven years having built a professional and personal relationship with her through Girls Inc. of Worcester. Beginning with her wildly successful media coverage for an in-kind donation of a basketball floor, followed by the celebration of a basketball game between community leaders versus our Girls Inc. basketball team, Lauren furthered her engagement and involvement in corporate social responsibility. In 2016, she chaired our 100th anniversary gala and exceeded the fundraising goal, which was integral to the $5.5 million campaign. Lauren possesses a rare skill set of deeply caring, persistence, and talent. She is a role model for our mission of inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

reputation
management
The reputation of your business is the DNA that defines you. It is the face you create for your customers, employees, investors and community. If your reputation is not good, customers won’t buy from you, employees will leave you, investors won’t give you a chance, and it will be difficult for the community to forgive you when a crisis occurs. By identifying and articulating your company’s DNA, we’ll find a common theme to increase awareness of your reputation and make a positive impact in the eyes of all stakeholders.
